Benefits of Power Washing

Through the season your house will collect dirt and mildew from the atmosphere. Dirt that clings to your siding and trim will hold moisture that promotes the growth of mildew and rot causing bacteria. Cleaning your home every other year will reduce the effect of mildew and bacteria extending the life of your paint and wood. We always do a thorough washing of each house prior to painting to ensure the surface is ready for the paint coats.

Minor Exterior Repairs

Sometimes small pieces of decorative trim or siding will become rotted but there isn’t enough damage to justify a full siding or trim replacement. In this case we will offer a replacement in these limited areas.

Our Power Washing & Repair Process

If the damage is very minor, we may be able to fix it with bondo or other fillers. If the trim is small, (as in windows or doors) we can replace it. Often times we will use vinyl replacements to prevent future rot.

We will make the repair as prescribed once we assess the damage and best solutions.

We only offer minor repairs in the cases where we are painting the exterior. Our primary concern is that we are not painting over rotted materials to ensure our paint work will last for years. Once the repair is made, we inspect it to make sure it is ready for painting and will help prevent future damage. See our Exterior Painting service page for more information on our painting process.
